In the role of Machine Operator, you work in production with responsibility for monitoring, operating, and optimizing various types of CNC machines. The role may vary depending on the department, but the common denominator is that you contribute to an efficient and high-quality production flow. The work is largely practical and physically demanding, involving manual tasks, lifting, and crane operation.

Your background

We are looking for someone who has:

• Crane license (required)
• Experience in physically demanding and manual work
• Good ability to absorb and convey information, as work is conducted via communication headsets from a safety perspective
• Ability to follow instructions, both verbal and written, with high precision

As a person, you are:

• A team player with good collaboration skills, as the work relies on close cooperation between colleagues
• Safety-conscious and responsible in your approach to work
• Engaged, curious, and willing to learn

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in industry or similar operations
• Familiarity with working with machinery
• CNC experience

Working hours are scheduled for both day shifts and permanent evening shifts.
